1. Return Eligibility:
We only replace things that are materially faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please register a claim and send a photograph of the faulty item to info@mjoutfits.com. Our experts will help you through the procedure.
2. Reasons for Order Cancellation or Non-Return:
There are a few reasons why you may be unable to return an item or cancel your order: You chose the incorrect size, color, or kind of t-shirt. Your purchase was made more than 12 hours ago. The t-shirt’s image quality meets our requirements. Please keep in mind that because our products are custom printed and manufactured to order, it is difficult to cancel or return anything once it has been completed. However, we endeavor to give the best products and service possible, and if there are any concerns, we will do our best to resolve them.
3. Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. We regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Before returning an item, please contact us and include your order number in the package. We will replace defective items or incorrect purchases in most situations after seeing a snapshot of the precise problem and verifying the order number. Please ensure that the following conditions are met before requesting a return: The item was bought within the last 30 days. The item has never been washed, worn, or used. The product, printing, or finished product differs from what you purchased. The item(s) must be in their original condition, which means that they have not been used, cleaned, or dried. They should be free of odors, pet or human hair, stains, and other damage. The original sewn-in or hang tags must be present. Important Note: Because each purchase is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong fit. When selecting the design and fit of their product, buyers assume all risks. On each product page, we include a size chart to assist you in selecting the perfect size.
4. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. The time it takes for the exchanged merchandise to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for orders above $75. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
5. Refunds:
If your purchase is eligible for a refund, you will get a tracking shipping code within 10 business days of purchase. If you do not get any shipping updates within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund via the original payment method. If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. 6. Purchase revisions or Cancellations:
You have 12 hours from the time you place your purchase to request any revisions or cancellations.
